USA stamp prices seem to be rising another 2 cents for the start of 2011. This is inflation as the price was increased in 2009. The post office is in serious trouble as they are claming to not make money. Therefore on the inflation/deflation debate by not inflating prices businesses run the risk of not having sufficient revenues and by increasing prices by having less sales.
